FACILITIES
The Homestead B&B
A yummy Continental breakfast is included with your stay.
The Stables Cottage is a self-catering accommodation suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (ages 0–16).
We now offer two rate options for the cottage:

NON SMOKING POLICY
All of our rooms and the grounds are strictly non-smoking. We have NO designated smoking area on site. If we find that the room has been smoked in or smells strongly of smoke, or if there is any smoking done on the property, a $250 minimum cleaning fee will apply.
CAR PARKING
Free parking is available for a maximum of one vehicle per B&B room and one vehicle for the Stables Cottage.
CHECK IN
Check-in is from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Due to the quiet nature of the homestead, if you must arrive later than 7:00 pm please discuss this with us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Any unexpected late check-ins could incur a $50 fee.
CHECK OUT
Check-out time is before 10:00am.
LAUNDRY
Laundry service is available at an additional cost. Guests do not have direct access to laundry facilities.
ELECTRIC CURRENT
New Zealand's power supply is 240-volt AC. Please contact us if you require a universal adapter for a 240-volt appliance. We do not provide transformers.
FIRST AID
For first aid assistance, please contact us and we will be able to assist with first aid supplies. We do not stock any medication on-site.
HOSPITAL
Thames Hospital is located approximately a 55-minute drive from Coromandel Town. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact us immediately and dial 111.
HOUSEKEEPING
If you require any additional room amenities, please let us know. We will discuss servicing requirements during your stay at the time of check-in.
ICE
Ice is available by request.
INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless internet is available throughout the property, and each guest will have unlimited data for the duration of their stay. To connect, please see the in-room instructions.
PETS
Our furry family members are great with guests, but not so much with other animals. Therefore, we are unable to accept additional animals.
