The Homestead B&B
A yummy Continental breakfast is included with your stay. Fresh seasonal fruit salad, cereals, yogurt, toast, coffee, tea and fruit juice. A great way to start your day! The option of a cooked breakfast is available for $35 NZD each and must be pre-ordered the day before.
The Stables Cottage is self-catering, does not include breakfast and is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults plus 2 children (ages 0-16).

NON SMOKING POLICY
All of our rooms and the grounds are strictly non-smoking. We have NO designated smoking area on site. If we find that the room has been smoked in or smells strongly of smoke or if there is any smoking done on the property, a $250 cleaning fee will apply.
Free parking is available for a maximum of one vehicle per B&B room and one vehicle for the Stables Cottage.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. If you are arriving later than 7:00 pm, prior arrangements must be made.
Check-out time is 10:00am.
Laundry service is available at an additional cost. Guests do not have direct access to laundry facilities.
New Zealand's power supply is 240-volt AC. Please contact us if you require a universal adapter for a 240-volt appliance. We do not provide transformers.
For first aid assistance, please contact us and we will be able to assist with first aid supplies. We do not stock any medication on-site.
Thames Hospital is located approximately a 55-minute drive from Coromandel Town. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact us immediately and dial 111.
If you require any additional room amenities, please let us know. We will discuss servicing requirements during your stay at the time of check-in.

Our furry family members are great with guests, but not so much with other animals. Therefore, we are unable to accept additional animals.
